Returns / Refunds Policy

Please observe the following return / refunds policy prior to purchasing
any products from this family of web sites:

General:

If in doubt about ANY provisions of these Policy please contact our office BEFORE making a purchase and get clarification.

A. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

B. Most of the products we sell through our websites come with the Unconditional Guarantee. That means, you may return a in resaleable condition product you purchased from our website(s) for any reason within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund , except the following:

1. Repeat Returns

Our company allows only 1 product return per customer or company. That means, if you purchased a single product and then returned it for a refund for the first time – your return will be processed and a refund issued. If, however, you consequently purchased other products from us, you won’t be able to return them for a refund, regardless if there’s a guarantee that comes with the product (see below for “Guarantees“).

The logic behind this is pretty simple. If you return a product you purchased from us on a risk-free basis or with a guarantee, you must be dissatisfied. In that case, there’s no reason to buy other products, unless you’re willing to take the risk of them not being to your liking… and keeping them.

If you’re not certain you want to keep them all – please DON’T purchase several products at one time. Just get one you need most and see if it can help you.

2. Purchasing More Than Single Product At One Time

Suppose you purchased two (2) or more products at the same time (“bundle” or “package”) and then later decided to return them for a refund. You can only request and receive a refund for one of the products in the bundle. It’s your choice which of the products you return. Other products in the bundle will fall under our Repeat Returns policy of only one product refund per customer or company (see above).

3. Extended Guarantees

Some products come with the guarantee or return policy that’s longer than our standard 60 days return policy.  This extended guarantee will be honored, as long as it doesn’t fall under other exceptions under this policy. Typically extended guarantees are clearly announced on a web page advertising the product that has such a guarantee.

4. No Guarantees

A small number of products may carry a “no guarantee” tag, i.e., they cannot be returned and no refunds will be issued. This is clearly announced on the web page advertising the product.

5. No Refunds on Services and Consulting

All sales are final on any services, such as consulting, coaching, mentoring, credit repair services, etc. No refunds will be issued.

6. Sealed Information With Proprietary Software, Documents, Samples

If the package contains data/forms CDs with proprietary copyrighted items, such as software, marketing samples, legal forms, contracts, documents, etc. that are SEALED with the warning that opening such items will VOID the return privileges – do NOT open such items. Or you WON’T be able to return a product for refund. You can still examine the rest of the materials, i.e., study the manuals, listen to the audio CDs or cassettes, etc. But do NOT bother to send the product back for return if you opened sealed items with warnings prohibiting returns.

Digital Products or Online Access

Products that are delivered in digital format or are provided by accessing a website are not refundable under any circumstances once the user name and password have been sent to you. NOTE: ANY PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE SOFTWARE OF ANY KIND CAN NOT BE RETURNED ONCE THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN OPENED EITHER FROM ONLINE ACCESS OR IN A SEALED PHYSICAL PACKAGE. IF YOU ARE ACCESSING PROPRITARY SOFTWARE ONLINE, YOU WILL HAVE TO INITIAL A BOX THAT INDICATES YOUR CONSENT THAT THE PRODUCT IS NON REFUNDABLE. OUR WEBSITE RECORDS YOUR ACCESS TIME AND PROOF OF DOWNLOAD. THEREFORE, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT OPEN THE SOFTWARE OR DOWNLOAD OUR DIGITAL SOFTWARE PRODUCTS ONLINE IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU WILL BE RETURNING THEM.

7. Returned in Non-Resalable Condition
Products that are returned to us with scratches, tears, bends, highlighting or writing, without all printed pages in order or without all audio CDs or tapes are present, and inserted in the original cases will incur a 15% restocking fee. If the sealed software is opened, tampered with or accessed online, no refund will be granted and the product will be returned to you.

8. Copyright Violations

All materials purchased through our website are copyright protected. None of the materials can be copied whether in printed, electronic, CDs, DVDs or any other format. Nor can they be copied or transferred from one media to another. Any such copyright violation shall void any return/refund privileges.

Returning A Product And Requesting A Refund

1. Check If Your Purchase Is Eligible For A Refund.
(See”General” section above to determine if your purchase is qualified for a refund).  If so…

2. Print This Information To Adequately ID Your Purchase & Enclose With Your Return:
– Your Full Name
– Your e-mail address
– Your Order Id  (If you order was processed online you should’ve received an e-mail receipt for your purchase that has your totals, product name, billing information, etc.)
– Your Telephone Number

3. Make Sure Product Isn’t Damaged
The product you’re returning must be in a “like new, same as shipped to you, ready to resell” condition. That means, no scratches, no tears, bends, no highlighting or writing, all printed pages in order, all audio CDs or tapes are present, and inserted in the original cases. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned items that fail to meet the restrictions above. We will provide you of photographs of the damaged product upon request. We will not honor refund requests if the sealed software has been opened or tampered with or has been accessed online and the product will be photographed and returned to you.

4. For All Valid Returns, ship the product to:
A. For products authored by Mike Warren:

We highly suggest that you ship via traceable means.

B. For products authored by one of our joint venture partners (usually those you purchased through a tele-seminar):
Ship to JV partner’s return address in accordance with return instructions and policies provided by them. Please contact the author of the product for a return address and ship the package there. The contact information should be marked on the course packaging and/or Manuals.
Email us at orders@misuniversity.com if you’re having troubles locating contact information for the author. We’ll be glad to help.

5. Notify Us Of Your Return
Email a copy of the information above (#2) with the note you’ve sent the product for a refund to orders@misuniversity.com so we know you’d sent it to us or joint venture partner and track your return. Please also include the traceable shipping confirmation issued by your selected shipping provider. When we receive your returned product it will be inspected and approved or denied for refund. If a refund is denied for reasons outlined above, the product will be returned to you with an explanation of why we have denied it for refund. Your approved refund will be issued within 30 days or less from receipt of your product. We will provide you with an email receipt indicating issuance of your refund.

6. COACHING PROGRAM REFUNDS

Membership Agreement for Inner Circle Coaching Club: The monthly coaching program memberships may be canceled at any time. Should you elect to cancel for any reason during this period, you must do so in writing to Vickers Capital, Inc., 4465 Northpark Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 or by email to orders@misuniversity.com or by going to our website at http://misuniversity.com/cancellations.htm and that a verbal cancellation or cancellation through a third party will not be accepted. Even if you call us, you must email us at orders@misuniversity.com or go to our website athttp://misuniversity.com/cancellations.htm to guarantee your cancellation.

To avoid billing for your next month, you MUST CANCEL your subscription before the 30th day of your subscription in order to avoid that month’s billing. Your subscription begins on the day you purchase your course. Sorry NO REFUNDS on charges already incurred. Vickers Capital is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any charges incurred related to this subscription.
